Total aerobic bacteria number ranged from 5.5x10 3 -5.0x10 4 cfu/g, 1.0X10 4 -10x10 6 cfu/g in the stomach and intestine respectively. As a result, in pike perch, Staphylococcus and Moraxella were determined as a dominant group that were differed from microflora of digestive system of the other freshwater fish.
