Ergodicity Conditions in a Simple Best Effort Queueing Networks

STATEMENT OF RETRACTION: The Editorial Board of the Turkish Journal of Mathematics has retracted the following article from publication in the Turkish Journal of Mathematics: A. Kandouci, A. Ezzine, and T. Guendouzi, entitled "Ergodicity conditions in a simple best effort queuing networks" which appears in Turk. J. Math. 31 (2007), 355-362. on being alerted by the Editors of the Mathematical Reviews that the paper is almost identical with the following paper: A. Kandouci, A. Ezzine, and T. Guendouzi, entitled "Ergodicity conditions in a simple best effort queuing networks" which appears in International Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics 30 (4) 2006, 433-440. The Editorial Board has reviewed and published the article in good faith. The Copyright release form that the authors sign before the publication of the article does not allow the submission of, and publication of, articles which are under consideration, or have been published elsewhere.
